A medical research company commissioned Random42 to produce a touchscreen based quiz about: Exon Skipping for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
The touchscreen quiz was featured at a medical tradeshow, and was part of the research company's exhibit showcasing their work in that area. The aim of the quiz was to familiarise attendees with the technique of Exon Skipping, by showing them a video presentation on the subject, and then inviting them to play a short game/quiz about it.
Leonardo Cavaletti (Random42) and I were tasked with developing the software for this installation. This comprised of two distinct applications (which ran in tandem throughout the show):
- The Main Quiz App - Developed by me ( using Adobe Flash/Air)
- The Score / Leaderboard App - Developed by Leonardo (using Processing)
